If you do not get all the sleep you need to get each night, you will soon become very tired. You will be affected in many ways. You will not be able to function efficiently. You will be short-tempered. Your concentration will be poor. Eventually you will begin to have serious health problems.

You body and mind needs to get sufficient rest every night.
