What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state that you are going into and out of all the time. When you are waking up and drifting off to sleep you will pass through hypnosis.

When you are on 'autopilot' you will almost certainly be in hypnosis. Hypnosis is a relaxed, focused state. That is all it is. And when you are in that relaxed, focused state messages get directly to your subconscious mind enabling you to make the changes you want to make.

I can only help you make the changes you want to make. I cannot get you to do anything else. Of course, I will not try to get you to do anything else. I am a professional therapist, properly trained and registered.
