When you come for the following issues you will receive as part of the treatment and at no extra cost a supporting CD.

• fingernail biting
• sleeplessness
• snoring
• procrastination
• self hypnosis

People often get an individualised CD to support the hypnotherapy. We do our best to help you achieve your goals and try to provide the best backup service possible. Having your own CD often allows you to continue and/or reinforce the work which we have started in the clinic.
